CoinLion complies with all applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
CoinLion will not and does not facilitate the trade of cryptocurrencies or digital assets that have been or may be deemed securities in accordance with the Securities Act of 1933.
CoinLion is registered with FinCen as a MSB (money transmitter business).
CoinLion, LLC operates the CoinLion trading platform. CoinLion, LLC will be required to maintain a series of licenses to engage in money transmission in US jurisdictions. In most states these licenses will cover US dollar transactions. In applicable states these licenses will also cover digital currency transactions on the platform. In other states no money transmitter licenses are required to operate a cryptocurrency business.
